Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and preferred shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
